Stuffed Carvery Leg of Lamb

A whole leg of lamb from Angus Carnie at Broughton Gifford.  The leg bone is removed leaving the lower shank bone in place.  We then stuff it with a rosemary, garlic and thyme stuffing making it easy to carve.
