We are expecting our car park to be exceptionally busy so if you don’t have to drive, please don’t.  We will be introducing a new traffic management system for events, so please keep your ears and eyes open for instructions from our team/signage on what to do!

FAQs

Tickets
You do not need to print anything, simply show your QR code from your confirmation email when you arrive at the paddock.
For tractor rides, you just need your booking name and confirmation email (on your phone is fine, no need to print).

Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately dogs will not be allowed inside the paddock so as to keep our visiting farm animals happy and safe. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome to hang out in the Secret Garden and the rest of the site, as usual (excl. the shop).

Can we bring a picnic?
We will have food and drink available for sale from our Barn, Cabin and Trailer throughout the day. Please don’t bring your own picnics.  However picnic blankets are highly recommended!

Parking
Our carpark is likely to be exceptionally busy so please avoid driving here unless it’s absolutely necessary. Keep an eye out for our new event traffic management system.

Cancellations
Refunds will be permitted until one week prior to the event (5th June).
