This month, our head Butcher Kev and I, went to visit one of the farms who supply our butchers in the farm shop. Stuart Perkins farms at Castlemead Farm just a few miles away and supplies us with chicken, game, geese and of course turkeys! We love championing local farmers and food producers and I hope you enjoy learning a little bit more about what the wonderful turkeys at Stuart’s farm.
